The Yorkshire & the Humber Maths Hub hosted a series of primary and secondary Shanghai Open Classroom events during March of this year, and were a huge success.

The Outwood Institute of Education (OIE) has announced that it will be holding its first ever joint English Hub and Maths Hub conference.

The NCETM has published a report into the progress and impact of the Teaching for Mastery Programme in primary schools since it began in 2015. By the end of the 2018/19 school year, more than 5,000 schools had participated in the programme—a figure due to rise to over 8,000 by summer 2020.

Yorkshire and the Humber Maths Hub have recently been praised by Ofsted for their Teaching for Mastery programme.
