Secondary Teaching for Mastery Taster Session

This free taster session aims to give you an insight into Secondary Teaching for Mastery. The session will give teachers, who are new to Mastery, the chance to explore what Teaching for Mastery is and see it in action. 

As part of the session, you will have the opportunity to observe a KS3 lesson from one of our experienced lead practitioners and take part in a post-lesson discussion. 

This one day event will give insight into Yorkshire and the Humber Maths Hub’s work in the Secondary phase, as well as giving opportunity to discuss how you can get involved in our work groups/projects coming up in the next academic year.

Refreshments will be provided on arrival and a buffet lunch will be served from 1.00pm-1.30pm. Please ensure that you include any dietary requirements when booking your place.
