Our puzzle in the last edition was taken from adapted from The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics: The Year Game:
Using the digits in the year 2025 and the operations +, −, x, ÷, () and powers, can you make the numbers 1 to 10?
All four digits must be used in the expression
Only the digits 2, 0, 2, 5 may be used.
Multi-digit numbers such as 20, 220, or 0.25 are not allowed.
What is the greatest number you can make?

There are many alternative solutions to these ones, particularly if you use the digits in any order you want to.
The largest number you can make using the digits 2, 0, 2, and 5 with powers is 2^(5x2) + 0
