Primary Mathematics Subject Leads - Hull 

Primary Mastery Subject Lead – 5 Day Programme

This is the next level of developing lead teachers, maths leads and SLEs.

The programme will comprise of five full day sessions covering:

• Enhancing subject knowledge

• Investigating the recommended methods for mastery

• Creating materials to test in the classroom/school

• Developing leadership skills and attributes to influence others

• Developing appropriate resources

• Designing in collaboration with the rest of Maths Mastery Leads, training to cascade within own school

• Taking collective responsibility for reaching more teachers through the work of the maths hub

A requirement for acceptance onto the programme is a commitment to deliver staff training in school.
